Our ARTMAKER’s Virtual Camp classes open on the *Zoom platform and will be accessible 30 mins before the class start at 1:30 pm. This half-hour gives you time to sign in and receive any technical assistance needed! It also allows us time to put you into your requested breakout rooms if needed. Each session will be taught live by Chermia Amour for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours.
Do I need an Art Supply Kit ?
Our standard Art Supply Kit includes 1 display easel, acrylic paint (red, yellow, blue, white, and black), 1 canvas, and 3 paint brushes. All of our Art Supply Kits are included in our Art Classes (materials may vary depending on subject). We require one Art Supply Kit/per child to ensure that each child is prepared to follow along the paint process for the Art session.
How Do I Receive My Art Supplies?
Shipping Supplies will require at least 5-7 business days. We advise that ArtMaker’s purchase tickets to our class at least 1 week in advance to ensure that our Art Supply Kit arrives on time. We are not responsible for late deliveries or lost packages. Orders can only be shipped within the U.S at this time. We offer Curbside Pick Up for customers in the Westchester County, NY area please reach out to us via email at chermiaamour@gmail.com.
How Do I Find the Link to View the Class?
We will send you a Zoom invite link to your email within 3 days before your class! Please make sure you having a working connection with video and microphone access. If you have any technical issues, please call 410-353-6159. We are not responsible for any network failures or delays.

No classes can be exchanged or refunded. We are not responsible for absent days or lateness. If USPS delivers your materials to you later then your scheduled class we will offer an upcoming class in exchange.

Before I delve into creating your new Chermia Amour piece, let's go over my design creation process.
CONSULTATION
I begin the design process by meeting with the client. Please reach me via email at info@chermiaamour.com or by phone at 410-353-6159 to set up a time and date where we can discuss the details of your original, acrylic specialty, hand-painted piece. During the consultation, we will discuss the specifics of the canvas that will be utilized (leather, faux leather, denim, sneakers, etc.), the design sought by the client, and the colors desired. I will then provide a sketch of the desired design within one week after the initial consultation to discuss any edits desired and to confirm the final design for execution. Following the approval of the final sketch, the hand-painted piece will take 7-14 business days for completion.
PRICING
The pricing of each piece is dependent upon on the details of the hand-painted piece and the texture of the actual canvas (leather, faux leather, denim, sneakers, etc.). I will provide the client with the final price of the hand-painted piece following our initial consultation.
PAYMENT
Partial payment of 50% is required prior to execution of the hand-painted piece. Final Payment is required at the completion.
SHIPMENT
Your hand-painted piece will be shipped within 7-14 business days of its completion. Tracking information will be provided to the client via email. Expedited orders will require an additional fee.
RETURNS:
All sales are final unless item is damaged. No exchanges or refunds.
